Caseload: Early Childhood Center (Birth to 5 Years Old)
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Auburn, WA area for the 20252026 school year. This position is focused on supporting students in an Early Childhood Center, working with children from birth through age five.
Requirements Applicants must meet all Washington state and local qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate in School Psychology

Completion of a supervised internship in a school or early childhood setting
-
Familiarity with Washington State Early Learning Guidelines and special education regulations
-
Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and early intervention teams
-
Experience with early childhood populations strongly preferred
Typical Responsibilities Include:

Conduct developmental and psychological assessments for young children
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility and create Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) or IEPs
-
Support early intervention and preschool programs through behavior strategies and consultation
-
Provide parent coaching and consultation related to developmental concerns
-
Participate in early childhood screenings and referrals
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
