About the Role
Were seeking a collaborative and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our school-based team in Stafford, VA. This full-time position provides direct and consultative services to support students speech, language, and communication skills, helping them succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Provide therapy in classroom and small-group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.

Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district regulations.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders.

Active Virginia SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.

School-based experience a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
