Pay: $30$37+/hr (based on experience)

Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current Pennsylvania COTA license

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal History)

Adherence to district and state regulations
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills

Implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure holistic student support

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements

Foster independence and skill-building across academic, social, and daily living areas
