Location: Pittsfield, MA
Pay Rate: $45$55 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

Applicants must meet all state and local requirements to be considered, including:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) School Psychologist License
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities:

Typical duties of a School Psychologist may include:

Conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team
Providing counseling and behavioral interventions for students
Consulting with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic, social, and emotional development
Supporting crisis intervention and response services as needed
Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
