Overview:
Due to growth, Feltz Therapy Services is now hiring a Physical Therapist for a pediatric clinic position in South Nashville and Goodlettsville, TN. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 6 hours of availability per week will also be considered.
Home visits also available. Choose a mix of in-clinic and home-based care, or a home-visit–only schedule. Those choosing home visits can start part-time and grow to full-time as the caseload builds.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting with the potential for home care visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to schedule 32 - 35 patient visits and treat an average of 25 patients per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for full-time positions will start in the ballpark of $61,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn more with incentives.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am-6 pm. No weekends required. No major holidays! There is some flexibility of the work schedule based on the needs of the clinic and the clinician hired.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for TN state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
