Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services across multiple elementary school sites in Sarasota, FL. This position is ideal for SLPs looking for a flexible schedule, with 3 days at one elementary site and 1 day at a second site. Caseloads will vary depending on school site, allowing you to provide personalized support to each student.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language services to elementary-aged students

Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication development

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements

Required Qualifications:

Certification in Speech-Language Pathology by FLDOE and/or SLP licensure in Florida

Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Ability to work across multiple school sites
