About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support schools in the Sarasota area for the 2025/2026 school year. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, providing direct services to students and assisting with therapy implementation in a collaborative school environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students under SLP supervision

Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans

Support data collection and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers and school staff to reinforce student goals

Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and state standards
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related

Active Florida SLPA license or state certification (as applicable)

Ability to work under supervision of a licensed SLP

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
