Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Palatine, IL. This is a great opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.

Conduct screenings, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy as needed.

Provide therapy in individual and group settings.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Collaborate with school staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are appropriately implemented.

Serve as a resource for faculty regarding communication strategies.
Qualifications

Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility) required

Previous school-based experience preferred
