School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time Itinerant Lawrence, MA
$40 $48+ per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications
Massachusetts Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License issued by the Board of Allied Health Professions. Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program is required. Candidates must also complete CORI background checks and fingerprinting for school-based employment clearance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct PT evaluations for students and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services across different school locations.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and progress.

Document services, maintain compliance, and report student progress accurately.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
