Must meet all Missouri state and local licensure/certification requirements for Occupational Therapy

Typical Job Duties

Conduct evaluations of elementary students fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals

Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom participation

Offer strategies and resources for parents and caregivers to reinforce progress at home

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making

Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
