Role Summary
As an Occupational Therapist in Durham, NC, you will assess and support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional needs, collaborating with IEP teams to promote student independence and participation in school activities.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations to assess students' motor and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Provide staff training and resources to support student goals
Requirements (North Carolina)
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active North Carolina OT license or eligibility
School-based experience preferred
