Position Overview:
Fort Worth Area Schools are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in achieving their communication goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy programs

Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Support SLPs in conducting assessments and preparing materials

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success

Participate in team meetings and contribute to student care planning
Requirements:

Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
