Pay Rate: Starting between $30 $35+ per hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Current Massachusetts SLPA license or eligibility for licensure

Supervision by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) as required by state regulations

Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:

Assist the supervising Speech Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans

Conduct speech, language, and communication exercises under SLP supervision

Support students in developing functional communication skills within the classroom and school environment

Collect and document student performance data and progress toward goals

Prepare materials and assist in scheduling therapy sessions

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
