Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate will work with students to enhance their functional abilities, collaborate with educators, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs

Work with students across various age groups and ability levels

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through professional development

Perform general OT responsibilities; caseload assigned post-interview based on best fit
Qualifications

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active State Occupational Therapist License (must meet applicable state requirements)

Experience working with students of varying needs and abilities

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community resources
