About the Role
LEARN Charter School Network is seeking two dedicated School Social Workers to support our students and families across our Lake County and Romano Butler campuses. As a member of our student support team, you will provide social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure every student thrives academically and personally.
Responsibilities

Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling services to students

Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans

Conduct assessments and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

Facilitate crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and preventative programs

Promote a safe and inclusive school environment
Requirements

Masters degree or higher in Social Work

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement/Licensure

Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
