Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to support students in the El Paso, TX area schools. This full-time, on-site contract role is focused on helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally through evaluation, consultation, and intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies

Provide individual and group counseling as needed

Support the implementation of behavioral and academic interventions

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:

Active Texas LSSP licensure

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Strong knowledge of special education processes and regulations

Experience in school-based settings preferred
