Pay: $28$33 per hour
Blazer Jobs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support a K8 itinerant caseload across multiple schools in Avondale, AZ. This position offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced OTs and education professionals.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services under OT supervision

Support students in achieving IEP goals related to motor, sensory, and functional skills

Travel between assigned schools to deliver therapy services

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state standards

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student progress
Requirements:

Arizona COTA license
-
Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
-
Associates degree from an accredited OTA program

Previous school-based experience preferred
