Overview Elite Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Gainesville, Virginia. This opportunity is due to growth. Full-time is preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time candidates with at least 24 hours per week and availability on three weekdays will also be considered.
New graduate PTs are welcome to apply and will be supported with mentorship.
Caseload and Patient Population The hired Physical Therapist will treat a general orthopedic caseload that includes post-operative, joint replacement, and sports-related conditions. The clinic has a strong focus on athletic and active populations.
Full-time therapists typically treat 10 to 12 patients per day
A ramp-up and orientation period is provided
Specialty development and certifications are encouraged and supported

Work Schedule Clinic hours:
Typical full-time schedule:
Two early shifts (7 AM to 4 PM)
Two late shifts (10 AM to 7 PM)
Friday shift (7 AM to 4 PM)
Job Requirements
Eligible for licensure in Virginia as a Physical Therapist
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
Candidates with dual certification (PT/ATC or SCS) or CSCS are strongly encouraged to apply
