Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing personal, social, or behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized support plans
- Conduct assessments and assist in crisis intervention as needed
- Advocate for students well-being and connect them with appropriate community resources
- Support the development of positive school environments that promote mental health and inclusivity
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a school environment
- Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse student populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Current licensure or certification required for Social Workers in Illinois
