A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a Pre-K through 6th grade school setting in Olivehurst, CA.
Responsibilities include providing virtual speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 78 students, including around 5 preschoolers. Regular interaction with occupational therapy and adapted physical education staff occurs as the speech services room is occasionally shared. External camera equipment will support teletherapy delivery. Annual re-evaluations and assessments are on track, supported by another virtual SLP, reducing the backlog. Completion of a small number of end-of-year annuals, re-evaluations, and 12 preschool transition assessments will be expected. Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) is highly advantageous. Thursdays are designated IEP meeting days.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP license and certification credentials
- Proven experience in telepractice delivering speech-language therapy to school-aged children
- Proficiency with teletherapy technologies, especially VocoVision or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEIS or comparable special education data systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with onsite support staff and other therapy departments

Contract Length: Immediate start through June 5, 2026
Benefits of this role include working within a supportive district environment with onsite SLPA assistance and access to modern teletherapy equipment that facilitates effective virtual service delivery.
Candidates ready to contribute clinical expertise and deliver high-quality teletherapy services within a dynamic school environment are encouraged to apply.
