This role involves working directly with students to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and learning within the school environment.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance students' physical, sensory, and motor skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' progress.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and resources to staff and families to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
