Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Illinois, spanning three school sites from Early Childhood to High School (EC-HS). The SLP will be responsible for conducting evaluations, writing IEPs and progress notes using Easy IEP, and serving as the case manager for Speech-only students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and write individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Monitor and document student progress through progress notes.
- Serve as the case manager for Speech-only students on the caseload.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
Position Details:
