Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time role with school districts in the area. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in various educational settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
