Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist - New Caney, TX

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational and developmental goals.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and other professionals to discuss student progress and strategies.
Local and State Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas State Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Texas Educator Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet any additional district-specific requirements.
