We need your help spreading the word about Jobs For Therapists. We're pretty excited about the features and how we can help therapist find jobs more easily, and we want you and your friends to join us. For each successful referral you make, you'll receive $1 and your referral also receives $1. Let me explain below!
First of all, why Jobs For Therapists?
I'm a speech therapist myself and I was frustrated that when I looked for remote positions in California, often times I would find home health positions labelled as "remote". If you're in the field, you know that those are very different positions and given I was living in Colorado at the time, I simply could not do home health for someone in California.
So, I started Jobs For Therapists (JFT). We created specific filters to help therapy professionals find jobs more easily and have more transparency on what the job entails. We are huge proponents of sharing salaries up front and encourage our employers to do so.
Additionally, I've been there with consistent outreach from recruiters when I'm simply not looking for a new position. We created our resume database to 1. allow you to control when your information is viewed and 2. allow you to specify what exactly you are looking for in a position. Why have someone reach out about a SNF position if you're looking for a school-based position? It saves you and the recruiter time.
So, how do you become an affiliate and get paid? Great question!
- Sign up as a user on our site.
- Fill out our affiliate program form: here!
- This allows us to verify you are a therapy professional and gives us contact information to share your referral code with you and get payment information (we use Venmo or Paypal).
- If you're approved, we will reach out with your specific referral code and some social media graphics you can use to share with others.
- Once a month you (and your referral) will receive a payout from your successful referrals.
How do you get referrals? Another great question!
- Your referral will sign up as a user on our site.
- Upload their resume to their profile (helps us verify they're a legitimate therapy professional).
- Select "Yes" for Join Resume Database.
- Enter in your referral code in the "Referred by" box.
- That's it--You can refer as many people as you would like!
Payouts are at the beginning of each month.

Because our site is for therapy professionals, this program is only open to professionals with the following titles or in school to become a professional in this field (your referrals must also be professionals or soon to be professionals in these fields):
