What did you go to school for?

Physical Therapist Assistant

What would you share with someone who wanted to find a position like yours or build a company/brand such as yours?

Don’t let fear stop you from reaching your desired destination. Don’t put off starting because you don’t feel “ready” or “perfect”. Use what you currently have to get yourself started and work on refining along the way.

What would you share with someone who is starting their journey to be a therapist?

The journey is challenging, so take it one day at a time. Be sure to take care of yourself and take out time to do things that are enjoyable. Remember to trust yourself and the process.

What are you most passionate about with your role as a therapist?

Helping others and seeing them get closer to reaching their functional goals.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Trust yourself. Decide what you want and what’s best for you and go after it without hesitation.

What are you most proud of in your journey to where you are today?

Taking a chance and attending a walk-in interview for my first job after being rejected with no interview offer. I was offered the job a few weeks later!
