We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students across K-12 in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to join a collaborative team of professionals who are passionate about student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs

Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
Requirements:

Active Florida SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
