Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local licensure and certification requirements to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Wisconsin.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with special education students

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP processes

Ability to adapt therapy to meet the diverse needs of students and support families
Typical Job Duties Include:

Conducting speech and language evaluations

Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Delivering direct therapy services to students

Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families

Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team planning

Monitoring and documenting student progress

Supporting inclusive practices and classroom-based interventions
