Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, remote/virtual opportunity supporting school districts in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. This role is for the upcoming 20252026 school year and involves servicing a caseload of approximately 4050 students in a school-based setting via teletherapy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress

Utilize online therapy platforms and digital tools effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
All applicants must meet New Mexico state and local licensure and certification requirements, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid New Mexico SLP license issued by the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board)

Current or eligible New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) licensure

Prior school-based and teletherapy experience preferred

Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
