What Were Looking For:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Valid Maryland SLP license

CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates will also be considered

Experience in school settings is advantageous but not mandatory

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Duties Include:

Evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders

Creating and managing Individualized Education Programs

Delivering therapy services aligned with student goals

Tracking progress and maintaining accurate documentation

Participating in IEP meetings, team discussions, and parent communications
