Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Caseload: PreK-12 (TBD), maximum of 48 students
Position Type: On-site only
We are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Enumclaw, WA, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves working with PreK-12 students, providing direct therapy, assessments, and intervention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Washington State SLP License required
- No SLPA, CF, or CFYs (must be fully licensed)
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site
