We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team in the Palm Beach, FL Metropolitan Area. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across various grade levels. As a Clinical Fellow, you will receive consistent supervision and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with comprehensive evaluations
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision
- Collaborate with experienced SLPs, teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
- Document student progress and maintain appropriate records under guidance
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff conferences as appropriate
- Engage in professional development and training aligned with your CFY plan
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Florida SLP licensure and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) placement
- Provisional Florida SLP license or pending application preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a school-based team
- Passion for working with children in educational settings
