These are full-time, school-based contract positions for the 20252026 academic year, with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
Starting Pay Rate: $40 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Louisiana SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

State certification/credentials required for working in public school settings

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEPs

Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff

Participating in IEP and eligibility meetings

Maintaining detailed and timely documentation

Supporting students academic and social development through targeted therapy services
