Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team for the 2025-2026 academic year in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will work with K-12 students across multiple schools to support their development and ability to participate in school activities through therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies to support student participation in the classroom
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with IDEA regulations
Schedule: - Full-time/Contract
- Monday through Friday, aligned with the 2025-2026 school calendar
