Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in West Chicago, Illinois, for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on supporting K12 students.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K12 students

Manage cases including assessments, documentation, and progress monitoring

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:

Active Illinois SLP-CCC license with Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience working with K12 student population

Strong case management skills

Knowledge of IEP development and student progress tracking
