Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Arizona SLP license through the Arizona Department of Health Services

Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

ASHA CCC strongly preferred
Typical job responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy aligned with students IEPs

Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations
