We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about using virtual platforms to deliver high-quality speech and language services to students in need.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet California state and local requirements for providing remote school-based speech-language services, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)
-
Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, and Hearing (required for public school service)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
-
Prior experience providing teletherapy or virtual SLP services is highly preferred
-
Reliable high-speed internet connection, a secure and quiet work environment, and comfort with technology

Live Scan fingerprint clearance and TB test as required by the school district
Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services remotely via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
-
Conduct virtual assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school-based teams
-
Provide engaging and effective therapy tailored to individual student goals

Maintain documentation, session notes, and compliance with state and district standards

Attend virtual IEP meetings and communicate regularly with educators, staff, and families
