Starting Pay Rate:

Minimum Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active California SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments

Develop and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation in compliance with state and district policies

Track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
