This is a full-time, school-based contract role with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
Starting Pay Rate:
? Starting at $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to students

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
