Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Certification through the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) required for school-based SLPs
Core Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech/language needs

Support development of IEP goals and collaborate with educational teams

Complete required evaluations and documentation accurately and promptly

Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings

Communicate effectively with families and staff
