Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, remote positions supporting school districts in the Sacramento, CA area. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in students lives through virtual learning environments.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

Provide direct virtual speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and district standards.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following California state and local requirements to be eligible:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Must hold or be eligible for a California Teaching Credential Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, and Hearing.

Prior experience with virtual service delivery in a school-based setting strongly preferred.

Compliance with district background check and fingerprinting requirements.

Strong technology skills and reliable internet connection.
