Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid Washington State Department of Health license for SLPs

Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification through OSPI
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders

Write and implement IEP goals in collaboration with team members

Maintain compliance and timely documentation

Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
