Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position serving students in a school-based setting. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders while collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs).

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs considered)
- Prior school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
