School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) 2 Days Per Week Springfield, MA
Massachusetts Requirements:
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License from the Board of Allied Health Professions. Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program is required. School-based providers must complete CORI background checks and fingerprinting for clearance.
Support student development in Springfield, MA by providing Physical Therapy services two days per week. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students maintain mobility and reach their educational goals.
Responsibilities:

Deliver PT services on a part-time schedule to students with physical challenges.

Evaluate, treat, and document services in accordance with IEP mandates.

Consult with educators and staff to implement PT strategies in the classroom.

Maintain compliance with state and district documentation guidelines.

Adapt interventions to meet short- and long-term goals.
