Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs

Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and service providers

Monitor and report on student progress toward IEP goals

Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws

Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and professional development
Required Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field

Knowledge of Minnesota state and federal special education guidelines

Experience with IEP creation and case management

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
