We are seeking dedicated mental health and educational professionals who are passionate about supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral success in a collaborative school environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all Kansas state and local requirements, including:

Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid Kansas School Specialist License with a School Psychologist endorsement issued by the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE)

Completion of all required background checks and fingerprint clearance
-
Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
-
Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing formal reports
-
Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to support student learning and development

Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies that meet students academic and social-emotional needs
-
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
-
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly
-
Promote a positive school climate and advocate for student well-being

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
