We are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals who are committed to supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral success through evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Illinois state and local requirements, including:

Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) with a School Psychologist endorsement
-
Completion of all required fingerprinting and background checks per district and state guidelines
-
Knowledge of special education law, including IDEA and Section 504
-
Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavior interventions, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
-
Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
-
Interpret testing data to support eligibility decisions for special education services
-
Develop recommendations and interventions to enhance student success
-
Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
-
Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
-
Assist in implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies
