Salary: Competitive, Based on ExperiencePosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our school-based team for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time role involves working with a diverse caseload of students to support communication, language, and social-emotional development across various school sites in the Atlanta Metro area. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families to support student progress and academic success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team assessments, and parent conferences.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
- Serve as a communication and language resource for school staff and families.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid Georgia state SLP license (or eligibility by start date).
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based service delivery models.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
