A reputable school district in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers a supportive environment for new graduates to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year under the guidance of experienced professionals. The role involves providing speech-language services to a diverse K12 caseload, conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program

Eligibility for a Provisional Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

Commitment to completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
