We are seeking committed professionals who are passionate about supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral development through evidence-based practices in a collaborative school environment.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Indiana state and local requirements, including:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid Indiana School Psychologist License issued by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE)

Completion of a state-approved school psychology program and internship
-
Familiarity with special education procedures and compliance with IDEA regulations
-
Successful completion of all required background checks and fingerprinting
-
Strong skills in assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration
-
Prior experience in school settings preferred
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility
-
Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide individual and group counseling for students with emotional, behavioral, or academic needs
-
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success
-
Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and academic accommodations
-
Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams
-
Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
